Snohomish County Residential Facilities are comprised of 3 separate Programs; the Cypress House in Lynnwood, the Gibson House in South Everett and the Tamarack House in Marysville. Each program is located in a single family home and provides a comfortable home like setting; each youth has their own bedroom, meals are nutritious and served in a family style atmosphere. All residents go to public school and participate in educational and recreational outings in their respective communities.

GENERAL SUMMARY
T! o provide quality case management and community support services to SCY who reside at one of the houses run by Pioneer Human Services., Using Evidence-based and promising practices, effectively meet the needs of Pioneer's clientele and document treatment and case management service provisions in a timely and effective manner. Along with Case Management duties this position is responsible to assist in the maintenance order and security within the Snohomish County Youth Program.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Training and/or Education: Bachelor's degree in the human services field from an accredited institution, and 2 years of acceptable experience, or a Master's degree in the human services field and 1 year of acceptable experience preferred
2 years' experience in the human services field preferred. Experience and credentials must comply with Unit contract requirements.
Must be Agency Affiliated, Certified advisor or working toward achieving status of Certifie! d Counselor within 3 months.
Please provide certification information including credential ID#'s and expiration dates
Must have a valid WA driver's license.
Current working knowledge of emergency, crisis, health and other community resources that support clients. This includes shelters, medical clinics and public social service agencies;
Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all activities (including, but not limited to: case files and records, progress notes, case plans, reports, case summaries and billing information) on a professional and self-directed basis;
Ability to effectively engage clients and provide needed feedback and support;
Familiarity with and adherence to one's professional code of ethics;
Effectively maintain personal boundaries while joining with individuals, groups of individuals and family systems;
Ability to de-escalate onsite crisis situations with PHS clientele;
Demonstrate college-level writing skills Familiarity with the most latest DSM-TR;
Ability to judge when t! o seek help from supervisor or peers;
Willingness to engage with supervisors, contractors, and peers in a collaborative manner;
Awareness about the influence of chemical dependency concerns on mental health issues ;
Ability to demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills;
Ability to continue education and training to improve skill level
