Our client, a strong national firm, has a need for a Mid-Level Transactional Real Estate Associate with 3-5 y! ears experience (will consider class years 2008-2010 only) to join it's busy practice in Seattle. Candidates should have experience with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, secured financing, leasing and joint ventures and related development issues. Ideal candidates will have prior law firm experience. Candidates must have a strong connection to the Seattle market and and excellent academics.
