HR Recruiter [Pakistan]


 

We are looking for an energetic Recruitment Executive for our office 99 Technologies based in Civic Center Phase 4 Bahria Town Islamabad.

Responsibilities: As a Recruitment Executive, you'll need to:

  • Manage the application process - check application forms, shortlist, interview, select successful candidate/s and inform unsuccessful ones.
  • Collaborating with other managers in the business, sometimes internationally, to ensure the smooth running of the company from a people perspective.
  • Overseeing staff attendance and absence monitoring.
  • Administration of employee-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, new starter packs, or formal notices of termination.
  • Develop and implement policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
  • Verifying that candidates have the right to work at the organization

Handling highly confidential information in an honest and trustworthy way.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 2 or more years of experience related to the successful delivery of HR responsibilities.
  • Previous experience as an HR executive in a progressive company/industry.
  • Fundamental understanding of the HR domains across the value chain and an awareness of key trends in the talent & organization world.
  • Previous people management experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
