Location: Seattle, Washington

This position oversees, develops, coordinates and administers internal training programs for FAC employees. Identifies training needs, standardizes training initiatives, deliv! ers training, and tracks and reports on training success. Sets a positive example to others relative to professionalism and the respect of others in order to contribute to a positive tone in the workplace.

Essential Functions:

  • Conducts or facilitates general and specific training/instruction programs for organization employees.
  • Provides orientation and training on new course materials through the selection of appropriate training aids and/or materials.
  • Prepares lesson plans relevant to training material.
  • May track and analyze training programs by examining training participants’ job performance.
  • Analyzes course evaluations in order to judge effectiveness of training sessions and to implement suggestions for improvements.
  • Actively participates in the design of training/instructional materials including web publications, policies and procedures manuals and client-specific guidelines.
Will R! eport to the NWD Education and Training Manager

Ty! pical Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Typical Range of Experience:
Candidates considered for this position have 2-4 years’ direct experience in escrow operations and/or title operations.

Independence/Supervision:
  • This position requires someone who can work well in a team environment, but also work independently to achieve stated goals and objectives.
  • May provide direction to entry-level trainers.
  • Solid interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Presentation skills within a group an/or one on one
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office
  • Highly organized and analytical
