Robert Half Legal is working with an established firm in downtown Seattle who is seeking a paralegal with over 2 years of experience within the Personal Injury arena. The successful candidate will provide the following: S! upport and assist partner level attorney(s) with assigned cases; interact with clients, health care providers and insurance adjusters; review medical records, and medical payment logs as needed; trial prep; e-file; coordinate scheduling for clients, IMEs, depositions, mediations and other litigation events; as well as drafting pleadings related to litigation, mediation and arbitration documents.
