Legal Intern for small and busy Legal Department with a General Counsel experienced in providing positive experiences for law students. The Legal Intern will assist with contract drafting and ne! gotiation, legal research and writing (especially regarding software licensing), and contract organization and management.

Gain an understanding of life as an in-house lawyer with real, in-house experience.
Begin building experience that will set you apart in later job searches.
Required Experience:
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates currently attending law school
Successful completion of at least one year of law studies.
Successful candidate must be an energetic, self-starter who is eager to learn and grow.
