Primary Objective(s) The role of the Account Trainer ! is to increase revenue, usage and customer preference for PLC products. The Account Trainer will provide support to Account Managers and communicate with them as well as PLC product users' opportunities for new product trainings and products and services available to them. This position can be located anywhere in the U.S. (preferred location; Montanna, Seattle or Los Angeles) Division/Group/Role PLC/ Account Management and TrainingKey Responsibilities Provides product training and demonstrations for existing and/or potential customers through customer visits, online training and/or trade shows. Builds strong relationships within accounts to help identify opportunities for up-selling and new products sales. Assist in developing, marketing, and conducting training classes at customer locations and at West Group training centers Research training opportunities for current PLC clients. Personalize contact with specific attorneys and firms to reintroduce them to PLC and the prod! uct. Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills 4 year college degree, JD PreferredStrong communication, presentation and legal research skillsCustomer service orientation and experienceSales experience and aptitude a plusProficient in MS Office/internet, CRM a plusLegal practice experience/exposure a plusAbili! ty to travel occasionally to sales training, meetings and to customer l! ocationsDemonstrates strong customer relationship skills by cultivating, maintaining, and engaging customers on PLC products in order to promote usage and revenue growth objectives; makes customers and their interests a primary focus of one's actions.Uses appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods necessary for law firms in order to gain acceptance of a product, service, or idea from prospects and clients.Desires and acquires knowledge within a specialized practice area in order to effectively understand the overall needs of the customerExhibits a positive service aptitude, and can identify opportunities within accountsRelishes ongoing, self-initiated learning; assimilates new information quickly, welcomes feedback and applies knowledge to practical use on the job.
