The Business Administration (Transfer) Department at Bel! levue College is seeking to fill Adjunct Law Instructor positi! on to teach class in Fall Quarter 2013 .

Qualifications/Core Competencies:
Minimum Requirements:
JD (Juris Doctorate)
Member in good standing of a USA bar association
2 to 5 years of experience as a lawyer
Demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams
Philosophy of education appropriate to teach in a multi-cultural, multi-ability classroom and advocate for pluralism.
Experience with innovative teaching of a law curriculum which includes strong writing component.
Excellent communication skills
Available for regular meetings to review, evaluate and improve course assessments and student performance.
Ability and willingness to adapt to changing teaching schedules and situations (on campus, onli! ne, hybrid, etc)
Preferred Qualification:
Active affiliation with professional law organizations
