ROBERT HALF LEGAL is working with a well known law firm in Downtown Seattle that is looking to add a new Office Manager to its team. Th! is position reports to the Managing Partner as well as the overall partnership group and is accountable for managing the day-to-day administrative functions of the office including (but not limited to) assigning caseload work to the staff, benefits coordination, developing policies/procedures, completing employee handbooks & manuals, vendor and facilities management. This hands-on position works collaboratively with management and will have significant interaction with attorneys, paralegals, staff and clients. Competitive salary, benefits and downtown location are all part of the package. Must have a minimum of 5+ years immediate prior experience as an Office Manager or Administrator to be considered for this position. Prior experience working within the areas of Commercial Litigation, Intellectual Property or similar practice groups/firms will be preferred but not mandatory. BS/BA and advanced degree and/or HR-type Certification will also be preferred.
