Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Ten or more years of wealth management experience in the financial services industry
- Strong personal trust and relationship management skills
- In-depth knowledge of fiduciary services
- Advanced knowledge of Wealth Management products and services
- Considerable knowledge of persona! l trust products and services
- Strong networking and b! usiness development skills
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to make critical decisions independently
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
