As a Lead Resource Management Specialist, you will look after new and existing customer accounts with a variety of needs. You will help our customers to solve problems and to ensure our chemical product line to helps them perform and maintain efficient operations.
As a Lead Resource Management Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Responsible for field resource deployment planning and execution to meet customer and business metrics
- Interface with the customer service managers on issues escalation ·
- Develop long range forecast for region resource needs.
- Develop and execute short and long-range resource plans based on resource forecasts and region business commitments including recruitment, skills reviews, and resource development through advance level training
- Works together with high level people from the business and SPB and EB level. Specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done.
- Handles standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department.
- Handles diverse clients in a region. Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).
- Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Resource Management.
- Be able to lead and coordinate several projects simultaneously
- Show effective investigating, problem solving and troubleshooting skills and the ability to innovate
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have a good understanding of water clarification and oil dehydration facilities
- Be able to show a good working knowledge of Microsoft office
