Wine Bar Seeking Cheesemonger/Kitchen Help

Location: Seattle, Washington

Description: Bottlehouse is at present recruited Wine Bar Seeking Cheesemonger/Kitchen Help right now, this position will be situated in Washington. More details about this position opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. Fun, creative wine bar seeking talented, eager young chefs/cooks (and/or chefs/cooks in training). We’re looking for the right person to help support our cheese-centric food program as well as to assist our current cheesemonger with day-to-day BOH prep. This is a great opportunity for someone to apprentice under a true cheese professional, all while honing your BOH skills in a creative and unique environment.

Applicants MUST possess:

• Hard working/can-do attitude
• Flexibility in your job with the ability to cross train and multitask
• An almost creepy love of cheese (obviously) and charcuterie, and the knowledge to back

it up.

• Fast pace, kitchen experience (school experience will be considered)
• A love for wine, beer, and their natural chemistry with food.
• Customer service skills and the ability to present and talk about food to people
• Food pairing experience isn’t a must, but is a very good thing.
• Must be 21 or over
• Team player
• Immediate availability, Tuesday â€" Saturday, 3-11pm
