An industry leading specialty law firm is currently looking for a Contract Attorney to assist our Bellevue Mediations team. Our firm re! presents financial institutions in matters related to licensing, servicing, mortgage banking, consumer finance, title insurance, real estate finance, and the enforcement of mortgage loans.
We are looking for a licensed attorney to attend 1-2 foreclosure mediations per week on a contract basis.
The Firm is technologically advanced and applicants should be adept at MS Word, Office, Excel and have the ability to learn new programs quickly.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in litigation, with strong brief writing skills and in-court experience. Mortgage banking and/or creditor's rights experience required. Candidates must have the ability to work self-directed on a high volume of files.
