Legal Secretary Temporary Litigation Legal Secretary needed immediately on a temporary basis at downtown law firm. Legal Secretary is supporting a Commercial Litigation Attorney. Responsibilities include: calendaring, e-filing (state/federal court, and filing in court of appeals), documentation and various other administrative tasks. Required skills include: excellent proofreading skills, high attention to detail, proficiency in Word and Outlook, 5+ years litigation experience, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and excellent attention to detail. MS Office Suite, Electronic Court Filing, 5+ years legal secretary experience.
