Graham Lundberg Peschel, P.S., Inc. is seeking an Associate Attorney for their successful Plaintiffs' Personal Injury practice based in Seattle. The ideal candidate will have a passion to help and advocate for clients in personal injury matters, ranging from auto collisions, serious workplace injuries, premise injuries and wrongful death. Qualified candidates shall have experience including: Client intake through claim resolution; Litigation and trial experience, and Experience in case management, negotiation and settlement.
We seek a candidate with: Supervisory skills, working with paralegals and legal assistants in a team environment. A minimum of 5 years' experience and be a member of the Washington State Bar in good standing. Long term-career goals in the field of personal injury. Spanish speaking highly desired.
