You will be providing information in response to inquiries about orders and accounts. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to exceed expectations in completing tasks through all communication portals of customer service.

An important aspect of this role is relationship building and the ability to work on a staggered schedule to ensure adequate department coverage. This full-time position (with benefits) will be working remotely for the time being in our high-volume call environment.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Communicate via inbound and outbound phone calls, as well as email and chat
  • Effectively manage phone, email, and/or chat online workflow
  • Enthusiastically and professionally address customer questions and concerns regarding their order while also managing account information
  • Process orders while communicating all essential customer account information
  • Complete a weekly one-on-one meeting with the team leader and director
  • Apply coaching to improve customer service, interpersonal and communication skills

The successful candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of proven customer support experience, contact center experience in a high volume call center environment
  • Prior phone/chat/email customer support experience in a call center environment
  • Exceptional typing ability (50 wpm)
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity and experience with CRM technologies, such as MS Office, Zen Desk, and data processing systems
  • Strong keyboard skills
  • An interest in print media, photography, or similar industry helps but is not required

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
