Description: Special Counsel is at the momment seeking for IP Technology Transactional Attorney right now, this position will be ordered in Washington. More complete informations about this position opportunity please read the description below. Our client, a top AmLaw firm in Seattle, is interested in IP technology transactional associates. The position requires 3+ years of experience. The a! ssociate will primarily work on structuring, drafting, and negotiating a variety of intellectual property and commercial transactions, including licensing, e-commerce, service, development, and distribution transactions. They will also work on the intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other multidisciplinary transactions, and on privacy and data security matters.
Candidates must have experience in intellectual property transactions. A technical or science background is beneficial, but not required.
