More details about this career opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. Our client, a top AmLaw firm in Seattle, is interested in IP technology transactional associates. The position requires 3+ years of experience. The associate will primarily wor! k on structuring, drafting, and negotiating a variety of intellectual property and commercial transactions, including licensing, e-commerce, service, development, and distribution transactions. They will also work on the intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other multidisciplinary transactions, and on privacy and data security matters.
Candidates must have experience in intellectual property transactions. A technical or science background is beneficial, but not required.
