We are searching for enthusiastic, hard-working, and driven Outside Residency Sales R! epresentatives to join our sales team in Gig Harbor, WA.

Job Description

This job will require the qualified candidate to manage, control and advance the sales process from first inquiry to receipt of deposit to move-in. Skills required will include development of a trusting relationship, representing, negotiating and promoting the benefits of the lifestyle and services offered by the community to each prospect. The Outside Residency Sales Representative will:

Work with the prospective resident, family members and key influencers (physician, attorney, trust officer, as appropriate) to facilitate a timely and beneficial commitment to the community

Hold responsibility for the professional handling of all incoming inquiries

Manage all information relating to the prospective resident/inquiry: communication with administration, communication with direct supervision and accurate documentation of all contact in the Leads Management Syst! em

Promote the closing process through ongoing contac! t with a prospective resident via telephone, personal visits, tours and home visit activities as appropriate

Provide marketing planning information about opportunities or challenges, to be used in the development of strategies for maintaining optimal inquiry generations and sales levels

Staff the office during established hours of operation, which may include evenings and weekends
