Tax Senior Manager - International Tax - Transfer Pricing Responsibilities: Will participate in and supervi! se multiple and challenging transfer pricing engagements and to contribute to the delivery of quality tax planning services for our diverse clients. Demonstrate an understanding of complex transfer pricing concepts and effectively apply economic/financial knowledge to client situations. Develop and deliver quality transfer pricing and economic ideas with timely and responsive services and work products. Identify transfer pricing opportunities. Prepare documentation, participate in advanced pricing agreements (APAs), defend transfer pricing in audits, lead in the valuation of intangible assets, and develop quality, practical planning services. Manage the work of client service team members. Participate in and contribute to attaining team goals.
Requirements: A Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related work experience; or a master's degree and 7 years of related work experience. A degree in economics, law, tax, or accounting. 6+ years of transfer pricing or si! milar experience. Strong managerial, organizational, project m! anagement, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills. Thoroughly and accurately analyze information. Prepare quality, practical approaches to the client's economic situation and arrive at logical conclusions. Lead in developing recommendations and implementation plans.
