Our team needs to grow dramatically over the next number of months and we would like to bring on ! an experienced engineering lead or manager to help us hire great talent. This is a great opportunity for senior developers or team managers to impact the workforce quality of some of the most innovative companies in gaming.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing résumés to identify potential candidates
• Conducting phone screens to assess if candidates meet a minimum technical bar
• Working with team hiring managers to determine potential slotting of candidate within team
• Working with our recruiting team and hiring managers to improve and streamline the overall screening process over time.

Requirements

• Has a proven track record as a good judge of talent
• Has good interpersonal and communication skills
• Has strong project management skills
• Has been a team lead or a manager in a development environment.
• Has been a team hiring manager (made team hiring decisions based on interview feed! back)
• Strong C++ and data structures coding skills / ! history (is doing or has done significant coding in the past)
• Familiar with fundamental engineering mathematical skills such as linear algebra, signal processing or statistics
• Is able to assess "minimum bar" technical aptitude of candidates
• Is able to assess “team fit” qualities of candidates
