Detailed specification about this career opportunity kindly read the description below. An industry leading specialty law firm is currently looking for a Litigation Attorney in our Bellevue office. Our firm represents financial institutions in matters related to licensing, servicing, mortgage banking, consum! er finance, title insurance, real estate finance, and the enforcement of mortgage loans.
This position will be working with foreclosure mediations and general default servicing litigation with a team of 5 attorneys and their support staff in a collaborative environment.
The Firm is technologically advanced and applicants should be adept at MS Word, Office, Excel and have the ability to learn new programs quickly.
Skills/Requirements
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in litigation, with strong brief writing skills and in - court experience . Mortgage banking and/or creditor's rights experience required. Candidates must have the ability to work self-directed on a high volume of files.
Salary DOE with full benefits including health insurance, paid vacation and payment of all required bar dues and CLE fees.
