Customer Service Rep / Installer

We’re looking for someone with 1+ years of experience providing tech support and troubleshooting over the phone for a great job opening!

NOTE: This is! a Monday â€" Friday, 8am â€" 5pm job, but you must be able to work flexible hours to qualify for it, as it is possible that you will be needed to work other days and hours between the times of 7am and 7pm.

To qualify for this job, you MUST have:
1+ years of experience providing tech support & troubleshooting over the phone

Strong computer proficiency, including proficiency with Windows XP & newer versions of Excel

Fabulous phone etiquette

Excellent manual dexterity & small motor skills/hand-eye coordination

The ability to fit into, work in & maneuver around easily in tight and confined spaces in order to install ignition interlock systems in all types and sizes of vehicles

The ability to pass a background check

Willingness to learn is the key for success in this job!

You must be detail oriented and reliable, and have good critical thinking skills. Great multitasking skills are also a must!
You’ll be responsible for:
Answering tech! support calls

Installing & servicing devices

Processing data

Cleaning & maintaining devices

Shipping defective devices back to manufacturer & tracking them

Interacting daily with miscellaneous reporting agencies, including courts, DOL, attorneys, shops & clients

Reading data logs

Troubleshooting device & computer issues

Other tasks as assigned

Required: 1+ years of experience providing tech support & troubleshooting over the phone. Strong computer proficiency, including proficiency with Windows XP & newer versions of Excel.
