Location: Seattle, Washington

Description: Bottlehouse is hiring Wine Bar Seeking Cheesemonger/Kitchen Help right now, this vacancy will be placed in Washington. Fun, creative wine bar seeking talented, eager young chefs/cooks (and/or chefs/cooks in training). We’re looking for the right person to help support our cheese-centric food program as well as to assist our current cheesemonger with day-to-day BOH prep. This is a great opportunity for someone to apprentice under a true cheese professional, all while honing your BOH skills in a creative and unique environment.

Applicants MUST possess:

• Hard working/can-do attitude
• Flexibility in your job with the ability to cross train and multitask
• An almost creepy love of cheese (obviously) and charcuterie, and the knowledge to back

it up.

• Fast pace, kitchen experience (school experience will be considered)
• A love for wine, beer, and their natural chemistry with food.
• Customer service skills and the ability to present and talk about food to people
• Food pairing experience isn’t a must, but is a very good thing.
• Must be 21 or over
• Team player
• Immediate availability, Tuesday â€" Saturday, 3-11pm
