Our client, a Top 250 national law firm, has an immediate opening for a Litigation Support Specialist in the firm's downtown Seattle office.
Job Duties:
Collaborate with Project Managers to design databases and establish work flows to support efficient document reviews and search and retrieval. Generate reports and perform quality control on document productions from in-house Concordance databases. Process small amounts of electronic data. Assist legal teams with Concordance, LiveNote, CaseMap, TimeMap, and Trial Director. Perform data loads into support litigation systems such as Concordance. Provide software training and support to attorneys, paralegals and clients on litigation applications, including consultations regarding generation of reports, searching techniques, etc. Coordinating and managing outside vendors. Monitoring changes in the litigation support software industry. Maintaining positive contact with clients while observing confidentially on all matters. Keeping accurate time records and preparing material for in-house and outside distribution. Required skills include proficiency using Concordance as a back-user and 3+ years of experience in litigation support.
