working with PTS Project Managers to design databases and establish workflows to support efficient document reviews and search and retrieval;
generating reports and performing quality control on document productions from our in-house Concordance databases;
processing small amounts of electronic material in LAW;
assisting legal teams with Concordance, LiveNote, CaseMap, TimeMap, and Trial Director;
performing data loads into supported litigation systems as appropriate;
providing software training & support to attorneys, paralegals and clients on litigation applications, including consultations regarding generation of reports, searching, etc.;
coordinating and managing outside service providers as appropriate;
monitoring changes in the litigation support software industry;
maintaining positive contact with clients while observing confidentiality on all matters; and
keeping accurate time records and preparing material for in-house and outside distribution.
Experience Required
The position requires, but is not limited to:
excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines;
strong verbal and written communication skills;
technical expertise in the creation, organization, and maintenance of large databases;
an ability to manage full-cycle electronic case data from inception to trial or case closing;
an ability to analyze a problem/project quickly and accurately, and propose out of the box solutions;
work as part of a team of analysts responsible for working with attorneys and paralegals to manage and track discovery data;
strong customer service skills;
solid technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills;
fluency in standard MS Office applications and an ability to quickly master new litigation software;
certifications or equivalent on-the-job experience with Concordance, Livenote, CaseMap, TimeMap and Trial Director;
a Bachelor's degree or 6 to 8 years of related database experience, or equivalent; and
expertise in litigation support or litigation paralegal background with strong technical skills. Apply Here
