Job Description

Hotel Managers make the first impression upon our guests by extending a warm welcome, providing information about the hotel and local area and attractions.

Hotel Managers are responsible for providing a warm welcome and departure experience to each guest, as well as, assisting our guests throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

  • Daily operations of Hotel
  • Interact with guests daily needs
  • Create reservations using our property management system
  • Answer phones, respond to emails
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Room inspections
  • Manage housekeeping, laundry department and all employees
  • Other responsibilities may apply with season changes and different amenities

Credentials

  • Must have valid Drivers License and own Transportation.
  • Experience Preferred but not a must.
  • Customer Service
  • Multi-Task/ Fast pace
  • Management 'prefered but not a must
  • Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate both verbally and in emailing with guests, managing and co-workers, both in person and by telephone
  • Ability to accurately and efficiently input information into computer systems
  • Ability to think clearly, quickly and make concise decisions
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up
  • $18-$25 per hour based on experience. Separate pay for training..

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $750.00 - $1,000.00 per week
