Job Description
Hotel Managers make the first impression upon our guests by extending a warm welcome, providing information about the hotel and local area and attractions.
Hotel Managers are responsible for providing a warm welcome and departure experience to each guest, as well as, assisting our guests throughout their stay.
Responsibilities
- Daily operations of Hotel
- Interact with guests daily needs
- Create reservations using our property management system
- Answer phones, respond to emails
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs
- Room inspections
- Manage housekeeping, laundry department and all employees
- Other responsibilities may apply with season changes and different amenities
Credentials
- Must have valid Drivers License and own Transportation.
- Experience Preferred but not a must.
- Customer Service
- Multi-Task/ Fast pace
- Management 'prefered but not a must
- Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate both verbally and in emailing with guests, managing and co-workers, both in person and by telephone
- Ability to accurately and efficiently input information into computer systems
- Ability to think clearly, quickly and make concise decisions
- Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up
- $18-$25 per hour based on experience. Separate pay for training..
