Janitorial Worker
The Aimer Group is now hiring Janitorial Workers! As a Janitorial Worker, you will be responsible for all necessary cleaning in and around specified building, 1-5 days per week, exact days to be determined. MUST HAVE CLEANING EXPERIENCE! Best candidate must be able to pay attention to detail. No more than 2 customer complaints per month. NO EXCEPTIONS!

You must pay attention to cleaning details and be able to follow instructions properly. NO EXCEPTIONS! We must follow any and all cleaning schedules and task frequencies. MUST FOLLOW CHECKLISTS.
We are looking to fill 2 positions:
Janitorial Cleaning Supervisor (Must be able to lead a team with little to no supervision)
Janitorial General Laborer- Must be able to take instructions well and complete tasks in a timely manner. Must be able to work with little to no supervision, even though you will be supervised. Must be a fast learner and able to follow directions well.

Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $12-30/ hour, depending on experience. The harder you work, the more opportunities we may have for you.
What does a Janitorial Cleanup Worker Do?
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
-Sweep and mop floors
-Must not leave ANY streaks or residue behind your cleaning
-Vacuum carpets and rugs
-Must not leave any debris when completing any of the assigned tasks
-Keep floors clear of marks such as from heels, wheels, etc
-Waxed once yearly
-Restock, clean, and sanitize restrooms
-Clean windows and mirrors
-Buff Floors every 4 weeks
-Wash Dishes
-Dispose of trash and recycling
-Remove Debris, if applicable
-Fulfill any and all contract and/or project requirements as outlined within the Scope of Work
-Team Oriented
-Ability to Communicate well
-Goes above and beyond expectations
-Fixes any mistakes or issues and does not ignore them.
-Meet any and all needs of the Scope of Work, which will be outlined within the interview.
-Ability to clean up to 7500 Sq Ft within a commercial building, with additional cleaning staff
- No more than 3 vendor complaints
Available shifts:
Mon-Fri between the hours of 8:00am-5pm.
Job requirements:
-Flexibility to work in an environment that changes quickly
-Must have cleaning experience
-Work frequently with cleaning chemicals
-Know and follow all safety protocols
-Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and frequently reach, bend, carry, and balance items
-Must complete ALL assignments/tasks AND meet any and all deadlines
