The Intellectual Property Department in the Seattle office of Davis Wright Tremaine is seeking a patent agent or lawyer with at least one year experience in patent preparation and prosecution and/or subst! antial industry experience in relevant technologies. The position will require development of a broad IP practice and, while the position will focus on preparation and prosecution of patent applications, it will also include counseling clients on a wide variety of IP issues. Only candidates with a CS or BSEE degree (or equivalent industry experience) and admitted to or eligible to practice before the USPTO as a patent attorney or agent should apply.
