Job Requirements:
Black belt in int! ernational tax
Reside in either Washington D.C. or New York City
JD/LLM from a top tier law school
Has been a partner for 7-10 years
Big4, IRS or Treasure experience in international tax
Demonstrated ability to develop business
Proven negotiation skills
Experience in:
Sub-part F
Treaty
FIRPTA
Fund structure (hedge & private)
Outbound transfers 367
Inversions
Foreign tax credits
Foreign currency
Treaty
Transfer pricing
Industry experience:
consumer products
manufacturing
global service providers
Experience with multiple industries and Fortune 1000 clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership, project management and team building skills
Excellent client service skills
Book of business is helpful but not essentia! l
