They will have an instinctive understanding of the best, objective way to judge the success of a project, and clearly calculate the costs and benefits of all of the fashion department's traffic activities and events.
The candidate will keep continual watch over the fashion department's traffic patterns, dive deep into individual traffic ! and revenue sources (direct, referral, affiliate, search, etc.! ), and report on trends and their causes.The Online Marketing Traffic Manager will work with category leads, editorial staff, development teams, finance, advertising, legal, and customer service throughout the organization to coordinate execution of marketing programs across channels. The role will require a detailâ€"oriented and organized person, capable of handling multiple projects at once, able to take direction, capable of dealing with ambiguity, and comfortable working with teams, vendors, and management.Responsibilities: â€" Own the traffic channels for this fashion department, setting metricâ€"based goals, with weekly reporting outlining the narrative analysis of the data and results. â€" Build and maintain calendar of trafficâ€"related events and projects, creating project documents with business case, requirements, goals, key metrics, timelines, teams involved, and tactical steps for execution. â€" Understand business and marketing constraints and opportunities, a! nd work with stakeholders to build creative solutions allowing for successful implementation of complex projects and initiatives.
â€" Play an active role in identifying the risks and potential ROI for events, calculating resource needs, building budgets, and gauging necessary levels of sales and customer acquisition to drive success. â€" Develop tests/enhancements to drive new customers and lead the execution and measurement of the tests themselves. *** The ideal candidate should have strong data and SQL skills ***Basic Qualifications â€" 3+ years in marketing and/or product management. â€" Bachelor's degree is required.
â€" Advanced Excel skills. â€" Demonstrated experience using hard data and metrics to measure performance, determine improvements and innovations, and to support project requests from partner teams â€" Experience communicating and presenting to senior managementPreferred Qualifications â€" Experience with SQL and HTML highly preferred. â€"!
