Licensed Real Estate Sales Consultant-Real Estate Broker/Realtor Job Responsibilities As a Licensed Real Estate Sales Consultant, you will assist home buyers through the process of finding and purchasing a home. You will handle home sales that range from traditional seller transactions to foreclosure and short sell purchases and you will manage these transactions from showing to closing with the use of today's latest technologies. A large number of your clients will be first-time home buyers who will rely on you to provide them with expert guidance on all facets of the process from showing to closing.Your specific duties as a Licensed Real Estate Sales Consultant will include: Communicating with potential buyers using online tools including our text message system Scheduling showings of homes in which buyers have expressed interest and hunting for additional properties to show based on buyer criteria Gathering information on buyers' interests, needs and buying parameters, including location, preferred home styles and ability to purchase Answering buyers' financial/mortgage home loan questions as well as educating them on such matters as interest rates and the types of loans and homeowner programs available to them Communicating with listing agents to negotiate terms of sale and with buyer attorneys to handle closing documents Participating in scheduling and closing inspections, closings and other various state requirements Conducting open houses and assisting with marketing efforts including ads in local newspapers and real estate circulars as well as the internet Preparing purchase contracts and providing expert assistance to buyers in the coordination of all required documents and contracts Licensed Real Estate Sales Consultant-Real Estate Broker/Realtor As a Licensed Real Estate Sales Consultant, you must be fully licensed and have a solid understanding of purchase agreements and the sales cycle/process for both buyers and sellers. You must also have a positive and enthusiastic personality, with the ability to sell yourself and your genuine interest in helping buyers to accomplish their home buying goals. It will also be important for your role as a Licensed Real Estate Sales Consultant that you display a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, as well as attentive and empathetic client relationship management skills.
