The successful candidate in this position will be selling tax-focused websites solutions, productivity tools and client oriented publications to new and existing customers.

CCH provides the complete solution for accounting professionals - websites, tax research tools, accounting research information and software. CCH's Site Builder suites of products offer endless possibilities for delivering valuable solutions to its customers and their clients. Tax professionals of all types will be our focus for driving new sales and will include CPA's, Enrolled Agents, Tax Preparers, Bookkeepers, Tax Services, Public Accountants and Tax Attorneys which include CPA's in public practice. Increase Site Builder revenue through New Sales activity. Approximately 60-70% of their sales will be made by outside sales activity - majority of time will be spent out of the office at trade shows and face-to-face sales calls.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ? Sell website solutions to new and existing customers and prospects. ? Develop understanding of customer needs and provide CCH solutions. ? Focus on targeted products as part of an overall sales plan ? Attendance required at National, State and local trade shows to promote Site Builder & Portal ? Prospect and develop new CCH business in existing and new accounts. ? Adapt and stay current in the changing marketplace to effectively communicate with customers and prospects. ? Conduct monthly webinars to promote the sale of Site Builder and Site Builder Add-on products ? Follow-up and coordinate on-going progress of new customers. ? Maintain and update information in sales tracking software program. ? Support division, business unit, and company goals and objectives. ? Submit reports as requested by the Sales Manager and/or the company and keep Sales Manager informed of activities and sales progress. ? Participate on the development team in building the next generation Site Builder suite of products.

OTHER DUTIES Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Experience: 1+ years of successful sales experience or equivalent

Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications: (First list requirements, followed by preferences.) ? Working knowledge of PCs, software, and Internet navigation is required. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. ? Self-motivated ? Excellent organization, planning and presentation skills.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Travel is required for Trade Shows and Existing Customer and/or Prospective Customer visits (roughly 50% travel required).
