Responsibilities
Assist the Public Affairs Department to execute communications plan and corporate events;
Provide administrative support to the Department, including corporate events, CSR activities, and other regular duties on daily basis;
Coordinate with different stakeholders on award application and philanthropic and sponsorship matters;
Assist to process enquiries, complaints or appeals from a wide range of stakeholders;
Compile daily news clippings and news monitoring for internal distribution;
Support the preparation of communication materials such as PowerPoint presentations, social media posts, reports, press release and advertorials;
Complete other ad hoc task assigned.
Requirements
A Bachelor degree in Communications/ Public Relations/ Marketing or related disciplines;
1 year post-qualification work experience in public affairs/ corporate communications/ event management;
Detail-minded, responsible, and positive character with good team work and “can do” spirit;
Excellent PR writing skills in both English and Chinese is a must;
Proficiency skills in Words, Excel and PowerPoint;
Good team player with “can do” spirit.
