A local attorney is seeking a paralegal with 3 â€" 5 years of personal injury exper! ience to work part time in his Gig Harbor office! Hours will vary based on case load.
To qualify for this job, you must be a certified Paralegal, and have 3 â€" 5 years o9f personal injury experience!
You’ll be responsible for:
Organizing documents & coordinating document productions
Categorizing documents by subject matter, preparing a chronology of facts & creating production charts
Conducting various document searches & factual research
Creating & maintaining internal case databases
Running searches on internal & external document databases and systems, culling relevant information from a variety of resources
Preparing witness & matter materials for case preparations
Preparing for & attending depositions
Pulling relevant documents, proofreading papers, organizing exhibits & creating document indices in the preparation of motion filings
Working with the attorney in prepa! ration & filing of all court documents
Other tasks as! assigned
Required: Certified paralegal with 3 - 5 years of personal injury experience.
