This position will perform paralegal functions and provide support services for domestic and international patent filings to lawyers and clients. Must have a solid understanding of both the US and foreign patent lifecycles and the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast paced environment, with superb attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communication skills; with an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of firm personnel and clients is required. Must have demonstrated analytical ability and the ability to set priorities and exercise independent judgment. Must be available to work overtime occasionally. A minimum of 5+ years of patent procurement experience in a law firm or in-house legal department is required. A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
