JOB SUMMARY:
The PMO Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for understanding and identifying business problems and issues, recommending solutions, and assisting with implementation of system projects. The analyst will support customers, peers, systems and applications on system and business workflow implementations.

Required Education/Experience:
- Minimum of 2+ years work experience in a business analyst role in information systems or equivalent field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Business or related field, or equivalent combination of work experience and technical training.
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
- Working knowledge and proficiency using software applications and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & Access)
- Business Expertise: Understands the key business drivers; uses this knowledge in own work
- Functional Expertise: Expands conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens skills
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Able to establish and maintain effective work relationships with customers, peers, physicians, payers, and vendors
- Able to work effectively with vendors, consultants and other purchased service providers
- Able to research and assess a customer’s business needs and recommend solutions that support business needs
- Able to understand and communicate technical issues effectively to any audience through written or oral presentations
- Able to work on projects and other assignments with minimal direct supervision
